- Token Not Detected: Unplug the token, wait 3 seconds, and firmly reconnect it. On laptops with USB-C ports, make sure your USB dongle/adapter supports data transmission (not charge-only).
- HyperPKI / EnterSafe Lock: If HyperPKI Manager or EnterSafeUserMgr is open, close it completely so it doesn't hold an exclusive lock on the token.
- Missing Driver (macOS): If the diagnostic reports missing driver, install the standard eMudhra / HyperPKI macOS driver once.
Can physical USB tokens work on Android & iOS? Physical cryptographic USB tokens (eMudhra, HYP2003, ePass2003, Watchdata) require native computer USB host controllers and PKCS#11/CryptoAPI drivers that mobile operating systems do not support in browsers.
